inlaid mark Gallé on the biggest table, burnt mark on the rest, France, Nancy, circa 1900, design company Emile Gallé, wood, stained and varnished, decorated with marquetry from fruit tree, flower, animal and landscape motif, tables with lyra-sharped legs, max. height 70 cm, lenght 57,3 cm, professionaly renovated Marquetry is spred from Germany and Holland in the begginig of 17th century. This method lies in glue of different shade veneer from exotic and fruit tree wood or others materials (ivory, bone, mother-of-pearl, brass...). It create rich flower and figural motifs on the surface.
